- Weekdays: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm
- School Holidays: 10.00am to 4.00pm
- Selected Public Holidays: 10.00am to 4.00pm
- After School Parties: 4.00pm to 6.30pm
- Private Parties: 4.00pm to 7.00pm
- Closed: Christmas - Dec 24 - Jan 1, Easter Long Weekend and Anzac Day

In the event that the play centre is empty at 4.00pm, the centre will close early for cleaning. No self catering will be accepted, unless previously arranged with the owner.
